This is a sample Permit Plan
It is a real Austin lot, built from the City's public records by the same code that builds every Permit Plan. A plan for your own address costs $79, one time, and has every section below. The one difference: a purchased plan also names the builder on each neighboring permit, as the City's records list it.
The plan pays for itself if it saves less than one day of delay. It cannot speed up the City's review; it helps you file once, complete, with the lot's problems already handled.
